About the Role

We're looking for a driven, hands-on sales professional to lead new business acquisition efforts for our B2B content marketing and SEO solutions. As our Sales Director, you’ll operate as a player-coach—owning the entire sales cycle while laying the foundation for a growing sales team.

You’ll work directly with the leadership team to refine our go-to-market strategy, develop new revenue streams, and turn warm and cold leads into long-term clients.

**We’d love to find someone local to Las Vegas who can collaborate in person, but we’re open to a fully remote arrangement for the right candidate.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Base Salary + Commission (OTE $100,000-$150,000) | Health & PTO Benefits

Travel: Occasional (for client meetings or industry events)

What You’ll Do

Own the sales funnel: Lead outbound and inbound sales efforts from prospecting to close.

Generate leads: Use outbound platforms (e.g., Amplemarket), your network, LinkedIn, and other tools to target CMOs, marketing directors, and eCommerce leaders.

Respond to inbound interest: Manage and convert warm leads generated by our marketing efforts.

Close strategic deals: Tailor solutions, craft proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts with decision-makers.

Manage your pipeline: Keep deals organized in HubSpot CRM, forecast revenue, and report on progress.

Exceed targets: Consistently hit or surpass monthly and quarterly revenue goals.

Help build the sales function: Share insights, improve processes, and help define how we scale our sales team over time.

What You Bring

3+ years of success in B2B sales—especially in digital marketing, SEO, SaaS, or agency services

Proven ability to close: You’ve consistently exceeded sales targets and can show your results.

Excellent communicator: You write and speak clearly, persuasively, and with confidence.

Tech-savvy operator: You’re comfortable using CRMs like HubSpot and outbound platforms like Amplemarket or Apollo.

Industry know-how and network: Familiarity with content marketing, SEO, and digital buyer behavior. Access to a network of people in digital marketing positions.

Entrepreneurial energy: You’re self-directed, hungry, and excited to help build something.

Leadership-ready: You’ve mentored others, or are eager to grow into a team-building role.
