We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the execution, documentation, and delivery of multiple systems under our Intelligent Hub. The ideal candidate will have strong product ownership skills, excellent documentation capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

Translate the high-level product vision into a detailed, executable roadmap.
Define scope, deliverables, and KPIs for 6–7 systems within the Intelligent Hub.
Ensure alignment with organizational strategy, digital transformation goals, and stakeholder needs.

2. Product Documentation & Delivery

Develop clear and comprehensive PRDs, BRDs, Functional Specifications, and user flows.
Convert business and technical discussions into structured documentation for design, development, and QA teams.
Maintain a well-organized documentation repository with version control.
Ensure documentation adheres to compliance, security, and integration standards.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with engineering, architecture, UX/UI, and business teams to translate requirements into development tasks.
Support agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with data and analytics teams to ensure product logic is reflected in system design.

4. Innovation & Feature Development

Lead ideation and brainstorming sessions and convert outcomes into prioritized backlogs.
Leverage data insights, user feedback, and market research to drive new feature development.
Define measurable success metrics for each release in collaboration with analytics teams.

5. Governance & Quality

Establish governance processes for documentation, testing, and deployment.
Oversee UAT and ensure requirements are met before rollout.
Continuously track performance KPIs and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally managing multiple product tracks.
Strong experience in writing PRDs, BRDs, use cases, and technical documentation.
Familiarity with AI-driven insights, data monetization, and cloud-native platforms is preferred.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
