As corporate Marketing lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our corporate marketing strategy. You will oversee a diverse portfolio, including Creative & Content, PR & Social Media, Customer Marketing, and Internal Marketing & Employer Branding. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will ensure alignment with the company’s vision, drive brand awareness, and foster customer and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative & Content Strategy
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and resonates with target audiences.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and webinars.
- Ensure brand consistency across all content and creative assets.
2. PR & Social Media
- Lead PR efforts to enhance the company’s reputation and visibility in the software testing and QA industry.
- Manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry analysts.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to drive engagement, build community, and amplify brand messaging.
3. Customer Marketing
- Design and execute customer marketing programs to drive retention, advocacy, and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to create customer-centric campaigns, including testimonials, case studies, and referral programs.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of customer marketing initiatives.
4. Internal Marketing & Employer Branding
- Develop and implement internal marketing strategies to foster employee engagement and alignment with the company’s mission and values.
- Lead employer branding efforts to attract top talent and position [Company Name] as an employer of choice.
- Partner with HR to create compelling recruitment campaigns and materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate marketing, with a proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably in the software or tech industry.
- Strong expertise in content creation, PR, social media, customer marketing, and employer branding.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring and optimizing marketing performance.
