ML Technical Lead

Location: Remote | Employment: Full-time

Experience: 8+ years overall, including 4+ years in a Technical Lead role

About the Role:

ACHNET India is looking for an experienced ML Technical Lead to lead the development and deployment of scalable AI/ML and GenAI solutions. The role combines hands-on technical work with team leadership and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end ML/GenAI lifecycle - data, development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Design and develop scalable ML, NLP, LLM, and Deep Learning applications.
• Build LLM solutions using prompt engineering, RAG, and vector databases.
• Deploy and scale applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and guide engineers through technical planning, code reviews, and best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AI/ML solutions.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI/ML and GenAI technologies.

Must-Have Skills:

• 8+ years of relevant experience with 4+ years in technical leadership.
• Strong Machine Learning, NLP, LLM, and Deep Learning expertise.
• Strong understanding of DSA and problem-solving.
• Experience with end-to-end ML/MLOps pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with LLM applications, RAG, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps for ML applications.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams.

• FastAPI / .NET
• MongoDB / Elasticsearch
• RabbitMQ
• LoRA / QLoRA / PEFT
• Agentic AI applications

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience is also considered.
