The Role
We're seeking a versatile Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this dynamic role, you'll drive Terrific's marketing initiatives while also supporting client marketing technology projects. This is an opportunity to shape strategy, implement sophisticated marketing technology solutions, and make a meaningful impact in a forward-thinking company.
Growth Stage
We're currently a small team in the early stages of our Singapore expansion. Rather than joining an established corporate structure, you'll be helping build our marketing foundation. This means fewer layers of management, more direct impact, and the chance to wear multiple hats as we scale.
Work Arrangement
This is a remote role working primarily in Singapore timezone (or Australian timezone with sufficient overlap). For candidates based in Singapore, citizenship or permanent residency is required.
Key Responsibilities
Terrific Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness and generate quality leads
- Own our digital presence including website, content strategy, and social media channels
- Implement and manage HubSpot marketing automation to nurture prospects and analyse performance
- Create compelling content that showcases our expertise and drives engagement
- Manage digital advertising campaigns across relevant platforms
Client Projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing technology needs
- Support implementation of marketing solutions, particularly HubSpot-based websites and automation
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and other specialists to deliver high-quality client projects
- Help clients maximise their marketing technology investments
Team Growth
- Build relationships with contractors and specialists to support project delivery
- As the company grows, recruit and mentor additional marketing team members
- Evaluate and recommend marketing tools and technologies
Requirements
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven marketing experience with B2B technology or professional services companies
- Strong digital marketing knowledge including content marketing, SEO, and digital advertising
- Experience managing websites and implementing marketing automation
- Excellent project management and client communication skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to measure and report on marketing performance
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
- Understanding of marketing technology integration and API concepts
- Knowledge of professional services sector, particularly legal, accounting, or business advisory
- Experience balancing internal marketing with client service delivery
- Remote work skills including self-direction and virtual collaboration
