General Details:

Fully remote position.
Working hours (40 hours/week any timezone)
Employment type: Contract.
Compensation in USD.

Qualifications:

3-5 years in lead generation, growth marketing, or digital sales (B2B preferred)
Experience managing SDR/BDR teams and optimizing lead qualification processes
Multichannel strategy expertise (inbound/outbound + SEO)
Proven track record with acquisition KPIs (Cost per Lead, conversion rates, etc.)
Ability to guide SDR teams with data-driven mentoring

Tools:

CRM: Close.io, HubSpot (lead nurturing automation)
Paid Media: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads (budget management)
Analytics: GA4, SEMrush, Hotjar (funnel and behavior analysis)
SEO: Google Search Console, keyword research, basic technical SEO
Automation: Email marketing, A/B testing (Google Optimize)
