Introduction:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Creative Designer to join our team at Teraleads, a rapidly growing digital marketing agency.

We are looking for a Creative Designer with 5 years of experience to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a passion for creating clean and aesthetically pleasing visuals, and a portfolio showcasing their ability to design. This is a fully remote role, allowing you to work from anywhere, with a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design engaging visuals for blog posts, social media platforms, and digital ads (images, carousels, videos).

- Develop and maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all design projects.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visuals that support content strategies and campaigns.

- Produce designs that are optimized for web and mobile use.

- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and deliver a clear, cohesive message.

- Revise designs based on feedback and iterate to meet project goals.

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Essential Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing your work in digital design.

- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools.

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

- Ability to create clean, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs.

- Ability to build a strong and cohesive brand across different platforms.

- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

- Having Motion Design Experience is a non-negotiable for this role.

Desirable Skills:

- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.

- Familiarity with design for paid advertising and understanding of what works visually in ads.

- Knowledge of current design trends in digital marketing and social media.

- Experience working with marketing agencies.
