We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer for one of our clients, a leading company in the industrial automation sector. The ideal candidate has a strong background in web development and the design of scalable architectures, a problem-solving mindset, and a collaborative spirit suited to distributed, high-standard engineering teams.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web development (full-stack or backend-oriented)
• Excellent knowledge of PHP (Laravel or similar frameworks)
• Experience with Node.js and/or Python is highly appreciated
• Strong understanding of system design, clean architecture, and engineering trade-offs
• Analytical, curious, and solution-oriented mindset
• Experience with SaaS products or complex platforms is a strong plus
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Experience in migrating from monolithic to microservices architectures is a relevant advantage
• Comfortable working in distributed teams and dynamic environments
• University degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)

Selection Process

2. Technical interview with a Team Leader – exploring technical background and problem-solving approach
3. Technical assessment – practical exercise or live coding to evaluate technical skills
