A well-known banking client is currently looking for a creative, talented and self-motivated Senior Java Developer on a permanent contract.

hybrid work - 2-3 days a week working in the office, in Prague
development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks and tools.
ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimised for performance
contribute to design, tests and implementation of an enterprise, greenfield projects
create solutions, advise and managing risks based on sophisticated analytical thought comparing and selecting complex alternatives.
no on-call or working in other (than Czech) time zones
the client wants to urgently recruit two new developers, so the recruitment process is fast!
EU citizenship/blue card is mandatory
relocation package to Prague (Czechia) provided!

Skills needed:

Java programming with excellent knowledge of Spring & Spring Boot
Multi-threading, performance tuning, experience designing and implementing microservice architecture
Standard development and build tools, e.g. GIT, TeamCity, etc., as well as extensive experience with DevOps culture and principles
Experience designing and developing REST APIs
Knowledge of Kafka, GraphQL, and cloud infrastructure principles
Containerisation, e.g. Docker, Kubernetes

Salary:

Based on your experience, a permanent contract
