Senior Data Engineer

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Data Engineer, or Data Analyst
• Consultancy experience is essential – candidates must have worked in client-facing roles within a consulting environment
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or Scala
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Databricks, or GCP
• Proficiency in SQL, including writing, debugging, and optimizing queries
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to create and deliver presentations and detailed technical documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to distributed data storage systems and data integration tools
• Familiarity with orchestration platforms such as Airflow or NiFi
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle
• Knowledge of automated data transformation tools like dbt or Spark
