What we’re looking for

• You’ll become part of a dynamic team of data experts, helping organizations pioneer in the fast-changing world of AI, with an increasing focus on the healthcare sector.
• You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative data and AI solutions, from concept to realization.
• You will communicate with clients to understand their needs and guide them in their transition to an AI- and data-driven organization.
• You’ll get hands-on with code, primarily in Python, to design and implement robust data and AI solutions on modern cloud platforms (such as Google Cloud Platform).
• You leverage AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to deliver faster and at higher quality — from prototype to production.
• You will present your solutions and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, demonstrating the added value of AI and data.
• You will collaborate with your team to design and deploy scalable, AI-augmented solutions.

What you have

• You have at least 2 years of experience in a data expert role, such as a data scientist, data engineer, or ML engineer.
• You are proficient in Python.
• Working knowledge of LLM evaluation and eval-driven development and agentic workflow.
• You have experience with (or are willing to learn about) modern cloud platforms. Strong experience with GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery) is a definite plus, but Azure or AWS experience is also valued.
• You possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English (both spoken and written).
• You are independent, proactive, and feel at home in an environment with a high degree of freedom and responsibility.
• Affinity with the health, care or welfare sector, or genuine motivation to learn this domain, is a nice plus.
• Experience with computer vision projects is a major plus.
