We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer – Training & Video Content

(PowerPoint Design | Video Creation | Learning Materials)

This role supports the creation of high-quality visual materials for training programs, executive presentations, and internal communications. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys transforming complex topics into clear, engaging visuals and video-based learning content.

🔹 What you’ll be doing

• Design and enhance PowerPoint presentations for training programs, leadership teams, and corporate communications

• Create video-based learning content, including animated or explainer videos

• Develop visual assets and layouts for training and e-learning materials

• Ensure all materials align with corporate branding guidelines

• Collaborate with learning and business teams to translate complex topics into compelling visuals

🔹 What we’re looking for

• Strong experience creating professional PowerPoint presentations

• Experience developing video content (Vyond, Powtoon or similar tools)

• Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere or similar

• Background in graphic design, multimedia design, or visual communication

• Experience working in corporate environments (manufacturing exposure is a plus)

• Strong visual storytelling and communication skills

• Fluent English

📍 Location: Remote (Mexico City area preferred)
