Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to serve as a crucial link between our engineering, sales, and marketing teams. This individual will engage directly with customers to understand their unique business requirements and ensure our technology solutions meet their needs as well as informing our product development roadmap The ideal candidate will be located in Latin America, possess strong leadership qualities, and be proficient in both Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between engineering and sales teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product development initiatives
- Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively with clients to gather insights and identify unique business requirements, translating them into actionable product features
- Product Development Leadership: Drive the development and enhancement of our dialing technology, ensuring it aligns with market needs and customer expectations
- Technical Proficiency: Maintain a deep understanding of our technology and its integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, and Apollo
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams to foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record in product development and team leadership
- Language Skills: High proficiency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Technical Expertise: Functional proficiency with our technology and its integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, and Apollo. Additionally, experience with Agile, SCRUM, and GitHub will be required for this role
- Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product initiatives from concept to completion
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and translate them into effective product solutions
