What you'll do:
- Develop tools, materials, videos, demos, and workflows that improve conversion and support ARR growth
- Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment and impact
- Build dashboards and reports on ROI, lead conversion, CAC, channel engagement, and other KPIs
- Translate campaign, event, and market data into prioritized strategic decisions
- Manage integrated initiatives connecting awareness, events, content, and sales
- Conduct market intelligence: analyze competitors, trends, and customer behavior
- Support Sales and Customer Success with enablement materials
- Define and continuously refine Go-to-Market strategy: messaging, positioning, datasheets, sales decks, battlecards, and digital assets
- Align Product and Sales with market needs, messaging, and pipeline
- Plan and execute digital campaigns and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) initiatives to generate qualified leads
- Create and manage content (blog posts, whitepapers, videos, demos, podcasts) focused on product, TPCRM trends, and use cases
- Plan and execute participation in key events (owned and third-party), ensuring brand impact and lead generation
- Track pipeline metrics, campaign ROI, conversion funnel, and ARR impact, generating reports to support decision-making.
Requirements
What we're looking for:
- Education: Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience in B2B / SaaS / Enterprise companies
- Tools: CRM, Google Analytics, BI tools (e.g., Looker)
- Experience in product marketing, demand generation, and digital campaigns
- Experience with goal-setting frameworks: OKRs, KPIs, Growth Metrics
- Familiarity with Revenue Marketing, ABM, and Go-to-Market practices
- Advanced English (Spanish a plus).
