THE ROLE
We have an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager. The candidate should have significant experience overseeing all aspects of the web including planning, execution, maintenance, and optimization.
To successfully execute on the expectations of this role, the candidate must have experience working in Wordpress and managing the technical performance of the web. Must possess the ability to speak the language of the business and translate marketing metrics and insights into business drivers that Sales cares about. The candidate will report to the Director of Digital Marketing.
Location: United States (Preferably East Coast)
OPPORTUNITES
- Oversee and manage web pages (WordPress), ensuring updates, technical performance, and UX enhancements to support marketing goals.
- Understand and implement best practices for user experience, including website design, usability, and accessibility.
- Create user-centric and engaging designs for web including detailed wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve search visibility and organic traffic growth.
- Monitor web performance and user experience by identifying areas for improvement and optimizing the site for speed, accessibility, and usability.
- Conduct digital performance analysis for digital marketing campaigns supporting awareness, consideration, thought leadership, and demand generation.
- Analyse user navigation paths, source of traffic, and demographics to understand user experience and identify areas for improvement on the web.
- Increase web traffic and conversions to leads/pipeline from the website, from key business segments, personas, and roles.
- Track performance from A/B testing to measure the impact on user behaviour and conversion rates.
- Communicate recommendations on digital marketing performance and ensure they are understood by all stakeholders and team members.
Skills
- You should have experience working in Wordpress and managing websites.
- You should have a deep understanding of data analytics for all paid, owned, and earned channels.
- You will use analytics tools to track, measure, and analyse digital data to gain insights and rive marketing strategies.
- You will be familiar with how marketing campaigns are created from awareness to demand.
- You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- You should have strong program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Finally, you should be an excellent communicator and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- 7+ years in digital marketing, website management
- 7+ years managing digital marketing insights and analytics, utilizing marketing dashboards, excel pivot charts, and creating PowerPoint slides.
- 7+ years of expertise with SEO
- Knowledge of financial services market a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of enterprise software or IT market a plus but not required.
- You should be a strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and a results-driven approach.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to operational excellence.
- Adaptable and agile, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.
