As a Visual Designer on the Driver Experience Content team, you'll have the opportunity to bring initiatives to life through the creation of engaging and informative email campaigns, newsletters, and other content and communication efforts impacting the driver-facing platform.
Job Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Create visually appealing and informative email campaigns, newsletters, and other communication materials that drive engagement and retention among the gig-driver community.
- Design and Optimization: Utilize your knowledge of design principles and best practices to create designs that are on-brand, on-message, and optimized for driver engagement.
- Technical Expertise: Use email marketing tools and software to create and deploy designs effectively.
- Website Design Support: Contribute to the design and development of the driver-focused website, shaping the look and feel of the brand across digital platforms.
- Brand Design Execution: Tackle brand design projects that span digital mediums and channels, ensuring a unified visual identity across all touchpoints.
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record of creating visually stunning designs that drive engagement and retention.
- Strong understanding of design principles and best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge to create on-brand, on-message designs.
- Excellent creative skills, with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions that meet business objectives
The base compensation range for this position is $40 - $45/hour commensurate with experience. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
