About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for governing our product and marketing portfolio, facilitating executive reporting and interlock, and delivering on strategy projects that advance our product portfolio and the commercial outcomes they support. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive product innovation while providing high-level support to executive leadership.

Your Responsibilities

• Strategy Planning and Management Facilitate annual StratCheck planning process and manage an interlocked view of Product & Marketing priorities and progress throughout the year
• Program Execution: Drive execution of cross-cutting initiatives across Product & Marketing, driving accountability and progress with core teams and stakeholder groups
• Reporting & Executive Communication: Manage all stakeholder and executive communication, including ELT and Board reporting.
• Strategic Projects: Lead the development and execution of product strategies that drive growth and competitive advantage

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in program management or strategy, including experience leading large cross-functional programs
• Strategic thinker that can manage ambiguity and execute independently
• Ability to lead by influence, challenge the status quo, embrace new ideas and build consensus and accountability amongst various senior leaders and stakeholder groups
• Exceptional story-telling and communication skills, including experience synthesizing complex and detailed information for senior executive audiences (board memos, executive briefs, newsletters)
• Skillful in problem solving and resolving issues in creative, methodical ways
• Noted for your adaptability, innovation and out of the box thinking, you are curious and never stop learning
• Undergraduate degree in Business or equivalent experience
• Experience working with global clients and managing international teams is a plus

Nous recherchons un Senior Program Manager expérimenté et stratégique pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Ce poste offre une occasion unique de stimuler l'innovation produit tout en fournissant un soutien de haut niveau à la direction exécutive.

Vos Responsabilités :

• Planification et gestion stratégique : Faciliter le processus annuel de planification StratCheck et gérer une vue interconnectée des priorités et progrès de Produit & Marketing tout au long de l'année. Exécution des programmes : Conduire l'exécution des initiatives transversales au sein de Produit & Marketing, en assurant la responsabilité et le progrès avec les équipes principales et les groupes de parties prenantes.
• Reporting et communication exécutive : Gérer toute la communication avec les parties prenantes et les exécutifs, y compris les rapports ELT et du conseil d'administration. Projets stratégiques : Diriger le développement et l'exécution de stratégies produit favorisant la croissance et l'avantage concurrentiel.

Qualifications :

• Plus de 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de programmes ou en stratégie, y compris dans la direction de grands programmes transversaux. Capacité à penser stratégiquement, gérer l'ambiguïté et exécuter de manière autonome.
• Aptitude à diriger par influence, challenger le statu quo, adopter de nouvelles idées et créer un consensus et de la responsabilité parmi divers leaders seniors et groupes de parties prenantes. Compétences exceptionnelles en storytelling et en communication, avec expérience dans la synthèse d'informations complexes et détaillées pour des audiences exécutives (mémos pour le conseil d'administration, briefs exécutifs, newsletters).
• Talent pour résoudre des problèmes et trouver des solutions créatives et méthodiques. Reconnu pour votre capacité à vous adapter, innover et penser différemment, vous êtes curieux et n'arrêtez jamais d'apprendre.
• Diplôme de premier cycle en commerce ou expérience équivalente. Une expérience de travail avec des clients internationaux et de gestion d'équipes mondiales est un plus.
