Teleion is looking for an individual with extensive Program Management experience, familiar with standardization, process improvement, developing scopes, and documenting processes and procedures. This individual should have experience with tech writing which can be clearly understood by a variety of cross-functional roles. While subject matter expertise on facilities service lines and regulatory compliance is not a pre-requisite, this role will need to be able to educate themselves and perform research independently. They support a team that identifies problems and delivers solutions to increase efficiency, deliver consistency, and support business continuity.
In this role, the Program Manager should feel empowered to work cross-functionally in a highly ambiguous environment, proactively solve issues, and take ownership with minimum supervision. Looking for an individual that can work both independently and in a team environment. Ability to uphold high levels of confidentiality is a must.
Deliverables:
- Work cross-functionally with Facility Management, Sourcing, Supplier Performance, and others to establish standards by service line and build Scopes of Work (SOWs) that support sourcing events.
- The Programs team develops standards and initiatives to support equipment including the maintenance and upkeep of a variety of food and beverage related machines.Hard Services including the maintenance and upkeep of a building's physical structure and essential systems (i.e., plumbing), and Soft Services focusing on people and the environment to improve the comfort, security and well-being of a building's occupants (i.e., pest management).
- Develop and maintain detailed scopes of work by service line with a 360 view of regulatory requirements, client expectations, and end-customer experience
- Drive continuous improvement projects from identifying problems through ideation and research all the way to proposing and implementing solutions
- Establish and maintain cross-functional relationships across Facility Management, Sourcing, and Supplier Performance teams
- Participate in sourcing events as the representative for Standards and Programs
- Work cross-functionally on multiple projects while maintaining a high level of quality
- Create and improve processes by performing root cause analysis and providing clear documentation
- Performing tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of Program Management experience
- Strong self-starter who displays ownership and bias for action with minimal oversight
- Document processes and procedures according to tech writing best practices
- History of project management including requirements gathering, ideating, planning, implementation, & status reporting
- Manage projects effectively even with high levels of ambiguity, competing priorities, and multiple teams while maintaining speed and a high level of attention to detail
- Continuous process improvement mindset
- Familiarity with sourcing events (request for proposals, information, or solutions)
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers through clear communication
- Intermediate skills in data analysis through tools like Excel, Smartsheet, and BI dashboards (like Tableau)
- Intermediate skills across MS Office, particularly Outlook and Word

Salary range: $130,000 - $155,000 - Based on experience
