Teleion is seeking a Sr. Partner Marketing Program/Project Manager to join our Digital Marketing Practice. This person will work in the planning and execution of joint marketing plans, campaigns and industry events. They will provide leadership and execution for joint marketing campaigns, tactics and strategies, with knowledge of online and offline marketing as well as have managed and executed marketing plans and campaigns, acting as a central liaison throughout the project. You will drive joint marketing project execution and program management and research, investigate and help the partner to improve existing tactics and will support the partner in developing new, more effective strategies.
Responsibilities
- Support Global Partner Marketing Manager (PMM) to project manage joint marketing activities based on prescribed tasks, including industry events, content creation, and campaigns.
- Collaborate across geographic field and partner marketing teams to build one inclusive global joint marketing plan.
- Work with partner teams to develop and execute comprehensive joint partner marketing strategies and programs to generate demand, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth.
- Plan, manage, and execute co-branded campaigns, webinars, events, and other marketing activities to drive partner engagement and customer acquisition.
- Provide reporting support, when possible, to measure, track, and analyze the performance of partner marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support and manage a public facing partner website.
- Act as a liaison between teams, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and collaboration across all marketing initiatives.
- Develop and manage strong partner relationships ensuring the partner is informed, enabled and driving actions to grow their opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the partner’s partner marketing team to align go-to-market plans, co-marketing initiatives, and joint campaigns.
- Jointly develop and execute comprehensive partner marketing strategies and programs to generate demand, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth.
- Measure, track, and analyze the performance of partner marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- 5-7 years of demonstrated marketing experience and results in the technology sector, preferably in software, data or cloud.
- 3-5 years of channel/partner experience.
- Extensive experience in building out joint marketing plans and scalable marketing programs.
- Experience in planning, managing and executing marketing plans and campaigns as well as liaison with third-party agencies.
- Good knowledge of online (e.g. email marketing, SEO, SEA, social networks, display advertising, video production) and offline Marketing campaign types (e.g. events, telemarketing, print advertising, sponsoring, incentives).
- Ability to rapidly learn to use multiple internal marketing systems & portals to be able to effectively train and guide partners.
- Excellent client liaison skills, ability to react and respond in a timely and effective manner.
- Demonstrated experience juggling multiple priorities, successful time management, and balancing competing priorities.
- Able to deal with ambiguity independently while ensuring team success.
- An interest in technology.
- (Ideal) Experience in the technology sector—preferably with ISV and/or GSI partners, in software, data or cloud—partner/channel marketing, and/or account management.
