Project Manager II - 6 months contract (maternity leave)

We’re on the hunt for a highly organized, quick-on-your-feet SSr. Project Manager to jump in and help keep our creative and marketing engine running while one of our awesome PMs is out on maternity leave. Think of yourself as the glue that holds big, beautiful campaigns together—helping creatives, marketers, and stakeholders stay in sync and on schedule.

You’ll be joining a team that values clear communication, smart planning, and great partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Orchestrating the end-to-end execution of marketing projects across multiple channels
• Keeping timelines tight, tasks clear, and everyone in the loop using Workfront, Teams, and Jira
• Anticipating risks, managing dependencies, and communicating updates proactively
• Keeping stakeholders informed, aligned, and confident in delivery across workstreams

Required skills:

• 4+ years of project management experience, ideally with creative/marketing teams.
• Fluent in English and confident managing projects with US-based teams.
• Experience working with Workfront, Jira, & Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and a solution-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborative mindset, proactivity, and adaptability to fast-paced environments.

Preferred skills:

• Experience working in a global or agency setting.
• Familiarity with virtual care, healthcare marketing, or regulated industries.
