Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Data Scientist to lead the development of AI-driven data conversion solutions. This role requires deep expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and AI model integration to drive intelligent data mapping, code generation, and validation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop AI-powered applications for data conversion and transformation.
• Implement machine learning algorithms for data mapping and code generation.
• Apply AI-driven validation techniques to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and analytics teams.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI models in production environments.
• Maintain detailed documentation of methodologies and development processes.
• Stay current with emerging trends in AI, data science, and conversion technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience in data mapping, AI-based code generation, and data validation.
• Strong understanding of databases (SQL Server, MongoDB).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
• A "fail-fast, learn-fast" mindset aligned with agile development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in Financial Services or compliance-heavy environments.
• Certifications in Data Science or AI/ML.
• Experience with MDM, ETL, and DevOps tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
• Familiarity with Azure AI/ML stack (Synapse, Databricks, Cognitive Services, etc.).
• Prior experience delivering AI solutions for complex data transformations.
