Summary

As a Sr. Java Backend Developer, you will be integral to our development team, focusing on building robust microservices using Java. Reporting to the Lead Developer, your role involves designing and implementing backend solutions that enhance our applications' performance and scalability. With core expertise in Java and a strong understanding of software development methodologies, you will leverage your premium skills in ASP.NET and MongoDB to create seamless integrations. Your relevant experience in Agile practices and RESTful services will ensure the delivery of high-quality software that meets our organizational goals. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust microservices using Java to enhance backend functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate front-end components and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Implement and optimize RESTful APIs for efficient data exchange.
• Participate in Agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications while ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Java development with a strong understanding of microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in software development methodologies, particularly Agile.
• Familiarity with RESTful services and WCF.
• Knowledge of database management systems, including MongoDB.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as React and Angular is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: From $124,523.00 per year
