Job Title: UX Designer
Location: Remote
Job Summary
As a UX Designer at TekVizion Voice Solutions, you will be responsible for creating and enhancing user experiences for our Unified Communications products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, design intuitive interfaces, and ensure a seamless user journey. Your role will involve conducting user research, developing prototypes, and implementing UX best practices to improve the overall usability and functionality of our solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the design direction of industry-leading communication platforms.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead UX design projects from conceptualization to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with business goals.
· Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to drive data-informed design decisions.
· Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and interaction models.
· Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across platforms.
· Work with Product Marketing to develop high-quality, customer-facing documents, including presentations, one-page slicks, logos, and other materials.
· Organize and conduct training workshops to improve team skills and onboarding processes.
· Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality UX solutions.
· Spearhead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives to support project acquisitions and innovation efforts.
Key Skills
· Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, FigJam, Framer, and Notion.
· Expertise in Adobe suite (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
· Strong expertise in user research, journey mapping, wireframing, information architecture, and UX audits.
· Familiarity with data visualization tools.
· Understanding of UI trends and accessibility best practices.
Job Specifications:
· Bachelor's degree in computer applications, Design, or a related field. A Postgraduate degree in Design & Innovation is a plus.
· Graduation or certification from a reputed design school is preferred.
· 4+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or a related role.
· Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
· Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
· Experience designing SaaS products or solutions for the Unified Communications industry is a plus.
