Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 & Azure AD Administrator to join our IT Infrastructure team. The role involves managing and supporting M365 services, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Azure Active Directory, AD Connect, and Intune/Endpoint Manager, while also providing administration support for Windows, Citrix, and VMware environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in cloud and hybrid identity management, end-user computing, and collaboration platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Manage Azure Active Directory and AD Connect for identity, access management, and synchronization with on-prem AD.
- Configure and manage Endpoint Manager/Intune for device enrollment, compliance policies, and mobile device management (MDM).
- Provide administration and troubleshooting support for Windows Server environments, including group policies, user provisioning, and patch management.
- Support Citrix and VMware environments for virtual desktops and application delivery (good to have).
- Implement security best practices for M365, including MFA, conditional access, and compliance policies.
- Collaborate with IT Security and Network teams to ensure high availability, resilience, and compliance of IT infrastructure.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in on-call support rotation and handle incident/problem management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and AD Connect.
- Experience with Endpoint Manager/Intune for MDM and device compliance.
- Good knowledge of Windows administration, including AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Exposure to Citrix and VMware administration (good to have).
- Familiarity with security practices such as conditional access, MFA, and compliance configurations.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in enterprise IT environments with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
- Knowledge of hybrid environments (on-prem AD + Azure AD integration).
