Beschreibung:
• Lead campaign strategy and programming of ecosystem initiatives for the company in Germany and the UK
• Support business goals through effective planning, curation, and execution of merchandising strategies & programs
• Collaborate with team leads, product managers, data scientists, and engineers to execute on campaign elements
• Manage all aspects of campaign creation, including asset requests, programming (Using internal tools), and QA
• Analyze and iterate on campaigns based on experiment results Minimum qualifications
• 4-6 years of project or program management with a focus on e-commerce
• 4-6 years of experience designing or working within a content management system (CMS)
• Substantial experience in German/British ecommerce trends and best practices
• Fluent in German (Written and Spoken) and fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
• Experience in go-to-market planning and execution across online channels
• Deep understanding of the technical foundations of digital content distribution
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving team execution
• Analytical/problem-solving experience
