We are looking for freelancers to support our clients in modernizing their platforms. The goal is to enhance the delivery of market-competitive and scalable products.

The role is fully remote and you will work with an international, cross-functional team as Team Lead. As the Tech Lead for our search team, you will be instrumental in developing a state-of-the-art retail media platform.

Must have

Extensive leadership experience in technical roles, with a strong track record of guiding engineering teams.
Expertise in designing scalable and flexible architectures for high-performance platforms.
Deep knowledge of search technologies, particularly Elasticsearch, including search relevance, ranking algorithms, and optimization techniques.
Robust backend development skills, encompassing microservices, RESTful API design, and seamless data integration.
Solid understanding of data engineering practices, including experience with data lakes (e.g., Databricks, Airflow), streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka), and large-scale data processing.
Proven ability to collaborate with product teams to refine tickets, shape product roadmaps, and align technical solutions with business objectives.
Experience making critical architecture decisions that drive innovative and maintainable solutions.
Strong mentoring and communication skills to effectively support and empower engineers across various domains.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and metrics-driven development, including A/B testing and performance monitoring.
