With strong funding and rapid expansion underway, they are scaling their engineering team to strengthen core backend systems, data integrations, and API architecture that power their AI-native platform.

Job Description

As a Senior Backend / Full-Stack Engineer (Backend-Leaning), you will:

• Design and build scalable, secure backend services using Node.js and NestJS that power clinical workflows, AI-driven systems, and operational platforms.
• Architect and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs consumed by frontend applications (React / Next.js).
• Lead backend system design decisions around data modeling, performance optimization, and service reliability.
• Integrate backend services with ETL pipelines and data platforms (Snowflake, Airflow) in collaboration with senior data engineers.

Job Requirements

• 6+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience with strong backend depth.
• Advanced proficiency in Node.js and NestJS, with proven experience building production-grade APIs.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, backend architecture, and scalability patterns.
• Experience integrating with data systems and ETL pipelines (Snowflake, Airflow) or other data-intensive environments.
