Job Description

As a Lead Backend Engineer, you will:

• Architect and develop high-scale, performant backend systems spanning data pipelines, distributed systems, and multi-agent AI/ML workflows.
• Help build a foundational backend architecture
• Contribute to product vision by solving complex architectural challenges—like mapping incomplete architecture data into actionable, structured insights.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend engineering at top-tier startups or technology companies.
• Expertise in Golang, distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and data pipelines.
• Experience building scalable ML infrastructure or integrating with multi-agent AI systems.
• Passion for architecture science—solving meta-level challenges around how systems understand other systems.
