Compensation for this position ranges from $160,453 - $192,544 annually. TeKnowledge provides medical, dental and vision options for each employee.
Responsibilities:
- Growth Marketing: Focus on driving growth through innovative marketing strategies, leveraging data analytics, and optimizing customer acquisition and retention.
- Brand Strategy for the US market: Strengthen brand identity and positioning, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and maintaining a strong brand presence.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns.
- Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing programs, including key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Plan, budget, and execute a diverse portfolio of field marketing programs, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM), trade shows, webinars, seminars, and customer appreciation events.
- Develop and manage the creation of compelling customer stories and case studies, localizing marketing materials and messaging for the US market.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with industry organizations, influencers, and other key stakeholders to expand reach and co-create marketing initiatives.
- Support tech vendor marketing programs to enhance collaboration and drive mutual growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets and industry influencers in the US while managing local public relations efforts.
- Develop and execute localized social media campaigns to engage target audiences in the region.
- Support the sales team with content for Managed Services proposals and develop marketing strategies for Managed Services solutions.
- Manage the field marketing budget effectively, ensuring that all programs are executed within budget constraints.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in services marketing, AI, CX, and Cybersecurity.
- Continuously evaluate and improve field marketing strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 to 10 years in solutions marketing, field marketing, demand generation in B2B technology industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, ICT, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of managed services marketing.
- Experience and understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, practices, and techniques across various channels including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful field marketing programs.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics).
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience with content management systems and social media platforms.
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
- Budget management and financial reporting experience.
