This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will work directly with the founder and lead the next phase of our growth.
π― Responsibilities:
Own the marketing strategy: Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel customer acquisition strategies.
Manage performance campaigns: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Retargeting, YouTube, Native Ads.
Build funnels: Create lead magnets, landing pages, email sequences, nurturing automations.
Scale campaigns: Analyze and improve CAC, CPL, ROAS, LTV metrics.
Lead the marketing team: Coordinate with copywriters, designers, ad specialists, and social media managers.
Email marketing: Plan and run outbound and nurture campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting: Own the dashboards. Weekly reporting on growth KPIs and marketing ROI.
Experiment: Launch A/B tests, try new channels, stay agile, and push innovation.
π You Are a Fit If You:
Have 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (preferably in SaaS, tech, or B2B/B2C digital products).
Have direct experience scaling paid ads (Meta, Google, YouTube, others).
Know how to build marketing funnels, not just run ad campaigns.
Think strategically but execute fast β no "strategy-only" thinkers here.
Are comfortable working in a remote startup environment β fast, flexible, outcome-driven.
Have strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Are obsessed with numbers, conversions, and customer journeys.

Have worked on international SaaS product marketing.
Know basic SEO and Content Strategy.
