Job Title: Lifecycle Marketing Specialist / Email Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote
Contract: 6 Months
Purpose:
Support the B2B side (agent marketing) — executing and managing email and multi-channel campaigns targeting real estate agents and partners.
Core Responsibilities
- Execute campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging using Iterable.
- Build multi-channel workflows/journeys (trigger-based, time-delayed sequences).
- Conduct A/B tests — subject lines, send times, creative performance.
- Track, report, and analyze campaign metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions).
- Support event-related communications (invites, follow-ups, RSVP tracking).
- Manage requests, tickets, and deliverables in JIRA (familiarity with Asana/Trello helpful).
- Collaborate with design and copy teams (not creating assets themselves).
- Work within CRM systems and MarTech stack (Iterable, HubSpot, Salesforce).

- Project Mgmt: JIRA (preferred), Asana, Trello
- Design Collaboration: Figma (nice-to-have)
- Data Reporting: Excel (basic plug-and-play reporting), Looker/Tableau (exposure helpful)
Key Skills / Experience
- Hands-on experience with CRM / Email Marketing Platforms (Iterable, Braze, SailThru, Mailchimp, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Workflow automation / campaign building (journeys, triggers, multi-touch)
- HTML/CSS for light coding/editing of templates (no heavy dev work).
- Understanding of email deliverability (esp. Gmail inbox optimization).
- Analytical mindset – interpreting engagement data (CTR, open rates, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and executional discipline.
Collaboration
- Works closely with B2C and B2B lifecycle teams.
- Interfaces with copywriters, designers, and event marketing team.
- Exposure (but no ownership) of social media or brand marketing initiatives.
