Software Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Implement and execute long-term solutions to enhance system performance.
• Set up monitoring and alert systems using Dynatrace, LogScale, and other internal tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage incidents effectively.
• Enhance system reliability and proactively identify potential risks.
• Work with the Red Hat OpenShift platform to support and optimize operations.
• Debug and optimize Java/SpringBoot/Angular applications.
• Generate incident reports by querying NoSQL databases.
