They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, define product requirements, and deliver solutions that enhance the educational experience.

The salary range is negotiable,  depending on the candidate's experience and seniority.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs in a super fast environment.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality product features.
• Obsession with Life time value and student growth.
• Define product requirements and user stories, ensuring clarity for the development team.
• Prioritize and drive the vision of features based on impact, feasibility, and customer feedback.
• Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate to improve user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in education technology and enrichment programs.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of software product management experience, preferably in EdTech or productivity tools. We care more about impact than years of experience.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design and product development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Super fast prototyping experience.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making, funnel analysis.
• Passion for education and commitment to improving learning experiences.
