Product Designer

We are looking for multi-skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of Interaction / Product Designer.

The Ideal candidate will create aesthetically-pleasing products that capture our clients’ brand and engage their audiences.

You will work directly with our client’s cross-functional team, including designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure our branding is consistent and appealing. Your goal will be to create impactful designs that capture and promote the company’ vision. If you can convey messages and information through building sophisticated design systems, illustrations, graphics, and patterns, we’d like to meet you.

The salary ranges from 1,500 USD to 2,100 USD per month, depending on the candidate’s experience and seniority.

Responsibilities:

• Designs user interfaces, prototypes, and digital products to solve complex problems. Utilizes a variety of perspectives (e.g., business, experience, technology) and keeps the end-user at the forefront of ideation.
• Creates a variety of visual design documents including mood boards, storyboards, creative briefs, visualizations, color and materials design, interaction studies, iconography, and illustrations.
• Help establish and contribute to design systems including components, instances, style libraries, color, type, imagery, and icons to produce a unified visual language.
• Partners with Engineering for successful implementation of optimal, "pixel perfect" or detailed designs.
• Presents compelling product stories to teams. Collaborates across teams to enable collaboration, identifying opportunities to build on the work of others and leverage previous work.
• Demonstrates understanding of key human computer interaction design, such as contrast needed for readably, the size a button should be for accessibility and other task completion fundamentals.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO HAVE A FLUENT PROFESSIONAL CONVERSATION IN ENGLISH
• 3-4 years of proven work experience as a UX/UI Designer, or similar role
• Portfolio of related works (e.g., journey mapping, wireframes, interactive prototypes, design systems, UI comps) – required for application
• Passion for design and critical thinking
• Thrive in a “build and test” environment that values rapid creation that balances user insights and team expertise.
• Hands-on experience with image editing and digital sketching software, like Photoshop, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other prototyping software.
• Strong design system building skills.
• Self-starting and able to manage deadlines while working on team projects
