We are looking for multi-skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of Performance Marketing Strategist.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Strategist who is passionate about digital advertising and committed to delivering outstanding results for clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing paid media campaigns and leading client strategy discussions across various platforms.
The salary range is 2,600 USD - 3,300 USD per month , depending on the candidate's experience and seniority.
Candidates from other Latin American countries may be considered. Candidates in a time zone outside of the western hemisphere will NOT be considered. The role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage ad campaigns primarily on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, and YouTube.
- Expand into new platforms like TikTok, Reddit, and Taboola (native ads).
- Collaborate closely with the Graphic Designer to develop strong creatives.
- Propose creative angles and guide the creative process.
- Lead marketing strategy discussions and implementation for clients.
- Take ownership of client communication and meetings.
- Be proactive in asking team members what support or input they need.
- Operate autonomously, taking tasks off the founder’s plate and executing them independently.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO HAVE A FLUENT PROFESSIONAL CONVERSATION IN ENGLISH
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns.
- Strong track record in paid content marketing (e.g. advertorials, native-style funnels).
- Experience with performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, RPM, ROAS, CPA, and LTV.
- Familiarity with media buying on GDN, Facebook, and ideally TikTok.
- Ability to lead strategy, communicate directly with clients, and act as a thought partner.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with graphic design, product, and data teams.
- Highly proactive, organized, and capable of operating independently.
