We are looking for multi-skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of Influencer Marketing Manager.
The Ideal candidate is an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager that will develop and execute our influencer marketing strategy, with a focus on our new EVERYDAY product line. This role will serve as the primary coordinator between the company, our partner agencies, and the various platforms we use to build and maintain influencer relationships.
The salary ranges from 2,000 USD to 3,200 USD per month, depending on the candidate’s experience and seniority.
Candidates from other LATAM countries may be considered.
Candidates in a time zone outside of the western hemisphere will NOT be considered.
The role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from strategy development to performance analysis
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agency partners and influencer platforms
- Manage creative briefs and campaign guidelines for influencers
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers across relevant verticals
- Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting on KPIs
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to integrate influencer content across marketing channels
- Identify emerging influencer trends and opportunities for brand growth
- Collaborate with team to ensure brand consistency across all influencer partnerships
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO HAVE A FLUENT PROFESSIONAL CONVERSATION IN ENGLISH
- 3+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus on influencer marketing
- Experience working with influencer marketing platforms and agencies
- Familiarity with content creation tools and social media platforms
- Proven track record managing successful influencer campaigns
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Excellent project management capabilities
- Data-driven approach to campaign measurement and optimization
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams
- Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consumer products, audio, or lifestyle brands
- Knowledge of hearing protection or audio industry
- Experience with international influencer campaigns
