Graphic Designer (AI-Forward)

We are looking for multi-skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of Graphic Designer (AI-Forward).

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Graphic Designer who is passionate about creativity, AI-driven design, and e-commerce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design combined with hands-on experience using AI tools to create high-quality visual content, including lifestyle imagery, product visuals, and editorial assets without traditional photoshoots.

The salary range is $18 to $24 USD per hour, depending on the candidate's experience and seniority.

The role is 100% remote (~20 hours/week, ongoing freelance).

Responsibilities:

• Use AI tools (Midjourney, Gemini, Flux, etc.) to generate high-quality lifestyle, on-model, and editorial imagery from product photos
• Design email marketing campaigns, templates, and flows (Klaviyo)
• Create Amazon listing visuals, including infographics, A+ Content, and comparison charts
• Perform image editing and retouching (background removal, color correction, compositing, batch editing)
• Design social media assets for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Develop brand assets such as web banners, ads, pitch decks, and catalogs
• Collaborate creatively to define and elevate the visual identity of the brand

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in graphic design
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work (AI-generated work is a plus)
• Proven experience using AI creative tools as part of your workflow
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Figma
• Experience designing for e-commerce, DTC brands, or marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify)
• Strong eye for fashion, lifestyle, and editorial aesthetics
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented

Preferred:

• Experience in fashion, eyewear, or accessories brands
• Fluent in English, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO HAVE A FLUENT PROFESSIONAL CONVERSATION IN ENGLISH
