We are looking for multi-skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of Amazon Creative Graphic Designer.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Graphic Designer who is passionate about creativity, brand building, and e-commerce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Amazon-native design, with proven expertise in creating impactful visuals that drive conversions and elevate brand presence.
The salary range is $1,200 USD to $1,800 USD per month, depending on the candidate's experience and seniority.
Candidates from other Latin American countries may be considered.
Candidates in a time zone outside of the western hemisphere will NOT be considered.
The role is 100% remote.

Responsabilities:
- Design visually compelling Amazon listing images, infographics, and lifestyle visuals tailored to product positioning and target audience.
- Create high-converting Gallery Images, Premium A+, Brand Story modules, and Amazon Storefronts.
- Ensure all designs meet both brand standards and Amazon’s technical/content guidelines.
- Leverage AI tools (MidJourney, Photoshop Generative Fill, Canva AI, etc.) to streamline design processes and enhance creativity.
- Partner with copywriters and creative directors to produce cohesive Amazon PDPs.
- Maintain and adapt brand identity across multiple categories and Amazon modules.
- Contribute to A/B testing strategies to optimize creative performance.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English – YOU MUST BE ABLE TO HAVE A FLUENT PROFESSIONAL CONVERSATION IN ENGLISH.
- 3+ years of experience designing for Amazon (Listings, Premium A+, Brand Stories, Storefronts). Premium A+ experience is essential.
- Proven portfolio showcasing Amazon-native design thinking.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon module types, dimensions, resolution requirements, and sequencing logic.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma (or similar tools).
- Experience using AI design tools (MidJourney, Photoshop AI, Canva AI, etc.).
- Understanding of e-commerce UX, visual hierarchy, and Amazon consumer behavior.
- Excellent written communication for annotating and presenting creative assets.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred qualifications:
- Background in eCommerce, DTC, or consumer product design.
- Previous agency experience managing multiple brands.
- Knowledge of how creative assets affect CTR, conversion rates, and PPC performance.
