Prior experience with high-growth SaaS companies
Demonstrated success in past leadership roles: leading and mentoring teams as well as growing revenue
Data-driven: ability to gather qualitative, quantitative, and anecdotal evidence to support key value propositions and drive decision-making
7+ years of experience in B2B product marketing within the SaaS industry
Proven track record in a senior product marketing role
Extensive hands-on expertise across core product marketing functions, including positioning, pricing, packaging, Go-to-Market strategy, sales enablement, market research, competitive
Strong leadership experience, with a history of mentoring teams and driving revenue growth
Excellent communication skills, with a high level of integrity and sound judgment
Data-driven approach, leveraging qualitative, quantitative, and anecdotal insights to define value propositions and inform decisions
Willingness to be hands-on when needed, including writing product launch emails, creating in-product cross-sell ads, and developing compelling slide decks
