Position Overview
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our team. You'll be responsible for designing marketing materials, digital assets, and branded visuals that resonate with healthcare practice owners and administrators.
Core Responsibilities
Create engaging digital assets for web, email, and social media campaigns.
Design compelling marketing materials, including sales collateral, presentations, and landing pages.
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms by following established style guides and brand standards.
Develop conversion-focused email templates and promotional materials.
Conduct website and design audits to identify areas for improvement.
Implement A/B testing and behavioral analysis to enhance engagement and conversions.
Use user behavior data and analytics to inform design decisions.
Work closely with content creators and marketing teams to develop visually engaging designs.
Partner with product managers and developers to ensure a seamless user experience.
Maintain and evolve the company’s design system and brand identity.
Assist in designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for digital platforms.
Enhance usability and improve workflows for digital products.
Support user research, wireframing, and prototyping efforts as needed.
5+ years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or a related field.
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing materials, and digital assets.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools.
Basic understanding of UX principles and ability to create user-friendly designs.
Excellent visual storytelling skills with attention to detail and layout.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in B2B, healthcare, or SaaS industries.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or design systems.
Knowledge of A/B testing and data-driven design improvements.
Exposure to user research tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar.
Ability to balance aesthetic excellence with usability and conversion optimization.
