Role: Marketing Operations Manager

Ideal Candidate:
- Experience operating autonomously in a Marketing Operations role at an early-stage company (ideally Series A or B).
- Deep understanding of marketing channels with a focus on data cleanliness and accuracy.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in funnel analytics, conversion optimization, and lead attribution.
- Proven ability to build and optimize marketing dashboards, attribution models, and data-driven processes.
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot and other key tools such as Common Room.
About the Role:
- Optimize and scale marketing data infrastructure to support revenue growth.
- Own and manage marketing and sales data, including dashboard development, attribution modelling, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with revenue teams to analyze performance data and optimize marketing spend across channels.
- Identify conversion pain points and improve marketing efficiency through data-driven insights.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Generation to ensure seamless marketing-to-sales alignment.
