Along with our partner, we are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to help shape seamless, visually compelling digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. In this role, you will create and maintain robust design systems, develop wireframes and prototypes, and design intuitive user flows and journey maps.

You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring design concepts to life, ensuring a clean, modern, and user-centric aesthetic that aligns with business goals and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms.
• Develop detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize user interfaces and interactions.
• Design user flows, journey maps, and user scenarios that support intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement and refine design concepts.
• Ensure a clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing design style aligned with brand guidelines.
• Conduct user testing, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to improve usability and user satisfaction.
• Present design concepts, rationale, and recommendations clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with emerging UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively apply them to projects.

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application design.
• Experience and knowledge of corporate/financial accounting areas.
• Design Systems: Proven experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
• Figma Expertise: 3+ years of expert-level proficiency in Figma, including nested components, auto layout, and design libraries.
• Prototyping & Wireframing: Skilled in building wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
• Clean Design Aesthetic: A keen eye for clean, minimalist, and user-centric design.
• Creativity: Strong creative thinking skills and the ability to think outside the box to solve design challenges.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to design, ensuring pixel-perfect layouts and consistent design language.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with usability testing methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with Agile development environments.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.

Work Arrangement:

• Commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week).
• Location: US-Remote or based in Los Angeles, CA.
• Schedule: Must overlap with U.S. Pacific Time business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST).
