Along with our partner, we are seeking a Data Analyst (Product) to help them and their partners grow smarter.
This role sits at the intersection of product analytics, monetization strategy, and partner success. As their Data Analyst (Product) you will own and drive how they define, measure, and improve the performance of their features (loyalty, checkout, missions), while also helping game studios understand what’s working — and what to do next — to maximize their results with the platform.
What You’ll Do:
For the product
- Define success metrics and KPIs for new product features (e.g., VIP store, checkout incentives, mission rewards)
- Take high-level guidance for a feature based on metrics, and manage the entire data and analytics portion independently.
- Set up data visualization tools and perform measurements to evaluate the effectiveness of product features.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track engagement, conversion, AOV, retention, and LTV.
- Analyze feature performance across games and user segments to surface insights and optimizations.
- Partner with PMs and Engineers to ensure instrumentation is complete and actionable.
- Contribute to roadmap prioritization by identifying areas with the highest growth potential.
For our partners
- Create studio‑specific insights reports and dashboards (e.g., funnel health, top offers, rank progression).
- Surface actionable recommendations for improving adoption, conversion, or loyalty engagement.
- Support Partner Success and BD teams with data‑driven narratives in business reviews.
- Help define and evolve the KPI frameworks used with customers.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience with SQL and data reporting
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, growth marketing, or monetization strategy roles.
- Fluency in tools like Looker, Amplitude, or Heap for data visualization and dashboard/reports for partner or customer use.
- Business acumen and strong product sense — knows what good looks like and how to measure it; specific to web and e-commerce.
- Excellent communicator who can translate data into clear stories and recommendations.
- Comfortable collaborating cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, high‑ownership environment.
- Prior experience at a gaming studio, platform, ecommerce, or tools company.
Bonus
- Familiarity with A/B testing or offer optimization.
- Understanding of VIP programs, behavioral segmentation, or mission systems in games.
- Experience with game monetization and/or live ops systems (IAPs, segments, retention mechanics).
Work Schedule: Overlap with U.S. Standard working hours (PST - EST)
Benefits:
- The opportunity to work on a cutting-edge platform in the exciting gaming industry.
- A fully remote position with a structured schedule that supports work-life balance.
- Two weeks of paid vacation per year.
- 10 paid days for local holidays.
*Please note our partner is only looking for full-time dedicated team members who are eager to fully integrate within their team.
