UI/UX Designer

We’re Hiring: UI/UX Designer for a US Client

Your Mission:

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX Designers, Backend Engineers, Architects, and Product Owners to deliver exceptional user experiences.

- Develop responsive, user-centric, and high-performance frontend code for our web applications and microservice infrastructure.

- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code adhering to SOLID principles.

- Implement user stories in an agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of features.

- Contribute to setting technical goals and direction, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of devices and browsers.

- Proactively address technical debt and prevent the "broken window effect" to maintain code quality.

- Take ownership of your work, delivering code and features that you can be proud of.

- Ensure product code aligns with documentation and testing standards, including code reviews, unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end testing.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and leverage them to enhance our product.

Your Experience:

1. 3+ years of professional web development experience with React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Figma.

2. Professional experience with GraphQL, Material-UI, OpenAPI, or 3D rendering is a plus.

3. Proven experience integrating customer-specific projects into a core application.

4. Strong understanding of translating UI/UX requirements into technical implementations.

5. Experience building and maintaining design systems.

6. Ability to anticipate challenges and devise effective solution strategies.

7. Experience working on and contributing to large-scale codebases.

8. Expertise in designing and implementing reusable, modular components.

9. Experience leading or mentoring a team is a strong advantage.
