Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented contractor to join our Sales & Marketing Solutions Line of Business. This role combines product support, data analysis, and direct sales activities. Key Responsibilities

Product Support & Analysis

• Partner with Product Managers and Marketing Planners to optimize product implementation
• Ensure accurate product enablement and setup for existing accounts
• Conduct comprehensive quality assurance checks to verify product accuracy and usage metrics
• Analyze client usage patterns and data to uncover expansion opportunities
• Develop targeted lead lists based on data insights and market analysis

Sales Development & Client Engagement

• Execute strategic outbound calling campaigns to both prospective and existing accounts
• Present compelling value propositions that align with client business objectives
• Coordinate product demonstrations and strategic follow-up meetings for senior team members
• Maintain comprehensive CRM documentation of all client interactions and sales pipeline activities

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Strong experience in data management, product configuration, or related administrative functions
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and demonstrated ability to quickly master new software platforms

Sales & Communication Experience

• Proven track record in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service with sales components
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with professional phone presence
• Ability to articulate complex product benefits in clear, persuasive language
