About The Role

Lead frontend architecture and Micro Frontend strategy for AI-powered legal tech, mentor teams, and drive innovation in a cloud-native SaaS platform using React, TypeScript, and AI.

The Staff Software Engineer will lead the evolution of the frontend architecture and Micro Frontend strategy. This role is ideal for a seasoned frontend expert who enjoys solving architectural challenges, driving innovation at scale, and mentoring teams across product lines. The engineer will shape the UI frameworks and shared infrastructure that enable multiple teams to deliver consistent, performant, and accessible experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, design, and implement scalable frontend infrastructure and shared UI components. - Lead the adoption of Micro Frontend architecture for modular, independently deployable features. - Govern and evolve the company-wide design system and component libraries. - Optimize frontend performance through lazy loading, code splitting, caching, and advanced rendering strategies. - Explore AI-driven UI/UX innovations, such as generative interfaces, intelligent behaviors, and personalization. - Mentor engineers, participate in architecture reviews, and champion frontend best practices. - Influence long-term technical strategy with platform-wide impact. The role involves collaboration with UX, product, backend, and DevOps teams to deliver seamless, intelligent, and inclusive experiences. The engineer will also play a platform-wide leadership role with impact across multiple product teams, working on cutting-edge frontend technologies like React, TypeScript, PrimeReact, and AI-enhanced UI capabilities.
