About The Role

Our client is seeking a Consultant Data Scientist to deliver impactful machine learning solutions focusing on forecasting and customer analytics. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into machine learning solutions, driving significant business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own end-to-end modelling for classification and forecasting use cases, including demand forecasting and churn prediction.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering on tabular and time-series data.
• Train, tune, and validate ML models such as logistic regression, tree-based models, and neural networks.
• Communicate insights through visualisations and reports to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data engineers to bring models into production.
• Document data sources, modelling assumptions, and experiment results.

What We're Looking For

• Commercial experience with classical data science and ML models.
• Solid knowledge of customer analytics or advanced forecasting.
• Experience with model hyperparameter tuning and validation frameworks.
• Ability to gather business requirements and perform technical planning.
• Fluency in Python and basic working knowledge of SQL.

Compensation & Benefits

• 105 – 140 PLN per hour on a B2B contract, depending on experience.
