What you’ll do:
- Plan and manage integrated digital and field marketing campaigns across multiple clients.
- Lead campaign delivery - coordinating timelines, deliverables, and budgets across internal teams and partners.
- Manage client relationships and act as their go-to for campaign strategy, execution, and reporting.
- Oversee digital campaign setup and QA (LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, WordPress, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Support the execution of field marketing events such as webinars, conferences, and partner activations.
- Analyse campaign performance and report on results and ROI, recommending improvements.
- Manage client contact databases, campaign lists, and MDF budgets.
- Help refine processes, documentation, and tools to drive efficiency and automation.
- Leverage the team and AI tools around you to work smarter, not harder.

Essential skills & experience:
- 3+ years in B2B marketing, campaign or operations management.
- Experience managing digital campaigns and events end-to-end.
- Project management experience (Trello, Monday.com, or similar).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, WordPress, or Mailchimp.
Bonus points for:
- Experience in IT, SaaS, or channel marketing.
- Familiarity with MDF or partner marketing programs.
- HubSpot certifications or automation experience.
- Have managed people before.
