Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Marketing Agency experience
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing both Real Estate and Hospitality brands
• Candidates without relevant agency experience in these industries will not be considered.

💰 Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹4 LPA (Based on Experience & Skills)

📅 Working Days: 5.5 Days/Week

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager who can lead organic social media strategies for our Real Estate and Hospitality clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars for Real Estate and Hospitality brands.
• Create, curate, and oversee engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Drive organic growth through Reels, trend-based content, storytelling, and engagement strategies.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and actively engage with online communities.
• Monitor social media insights and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with design and content teams to produce high-quality creatives.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, AI tools, and platform algorithm changes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Marketing Agency experience (Mandatory).
• At least 1 year of experience managing both Real Estate and Hospitality clients.
• Strong understanding of organic social media growth and content planning.
• Proven track record of growing social media accounts organically.
• Pro-level proficiency in ChatGPT, Claude, and Canva AI (Mandatory).
• Ability to use AI tools for content ideation, copywriting, strategy, workflow optimization, and creative generation.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Creative mindset with innovative marketing ideas.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
