Customer Engineer / Presales Engineer

Techolution is seeking a dynamic Customer Engineer / Presales Engineer with a strong technical foundation in AI and Cloud technologies to join our high-impact team. This role is ideal for a customer engineer with a passion for engaging customers, understanding business challenges, and designing innovative, scalable solutions. You’ll be the trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, working hand-in-hand with account executives to position Techolution’s cutting-edge AI and Cloud offerings.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with prospective clients to uncover pain points, technical requirements, and business objectives around AI and cloud transformation.
• Design and propose scalable AI/ML and cloud-native architectures tailored to customer needs and aligned with enterprise IT ecosystems.
• Lead impactful product demos, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and technical workshops to showcase Techolution’s AI accelerators and cloud solutions.
• Promote Techolution’s capabilities through content on LinkedIn and other platforms to establish thought leadership and generate organic leads.
• Partner with account executives to build customer confidence, validate solutions, and accelerate deal closures.
• Translate complex technical solutions into clear business value propositions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to the creation of whitepapers, blogs, case studies, and enablement content for sales and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure consistent and aligned messaging.
• Stay updated on advancements in generative AI, predictive analytics, LLMs, and cloud technologies.
• Gather and relay customer feedback from pre-sales engagements to guide product improvements and roadmap planning.

Requirements:

• experience in a pre-sales, customer engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting role with a focus on AI/ML and cloud technologies
• Practical exposure to AI/ML frameworks, data pipelines, model training, or MLOps workflows
• Proven track record of leading technical workshops, delivering product demos, and running successful Proofs of Concept (PoCs)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear business value
• Experience collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams to shape solution strategy and customer messaging
• Ability to contribute to marketing content such as case studies, blogs, and whitepapers, and represent the company in external forums or webinars
• Active presence on LinkedIn or other professional platforms with content, thought leadership, or community engagement
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer empathy, with the ability to align solutions to business goals
